Frequently asked questions
My tracks do not show up.
First check that the game is allowed to read your music library: in your device’s settings, under Shinobeat Rush, media access must be allowed. Free mode works with tracks you bought or imported onto your iPhone or iPad. It does not work with streaming (Apple Music, Spotify…), and even when downloaded, those tracks remain protected.
How do I unlock free mode?
Free mode is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Adventure mode stays free. In the game, pick a track from your library: the “Unlock free mode” window offers the purchase. It is shared with your family group through Apple Family Sharing.
I changed device or reinstalled the game: how do I get my purchase back?
In the “Unlock free mode” window, tap “Restore purchases”, while signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
The purchase does not go through, or it is “pending”.
Check your Internet connection and tap “Try again”. If the purchase is pending, it may be waiting for approval from an adult in your family group (Ask to Buy): free mode unlocks as soon as it is given.
How do I get a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple, not by the publisher. You can make your request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The game is too hard.
You can change the difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard). Each track also has its own difficulty: the same setting does not play the same from one track to the next.
Where is my data?
Only on your device. If you delete the game or change device without restoring a backup that contains it, you lose your progress. To learn more, read the privacy policy.
Do I need an Internet connection to play?
No. The game sends nothing over the Internet. Only buying free mode, or restoring the purchase, needs a connection.
